I’m Kristal, a 600hr certified Pilates instructor with over 6 years of teaching experience and the founder of Shapelates. I created this platform after years of struggling with my own body. Despite working out consistently and eating healthy, I was seeing zero progress!! This led to frustration and an unhealthy relationship with fitness and food. Sound familiar?

At the peak of my frustration I was introduced to Pilates and that’s when things started to change! For the first time I saw real results and I quickly turned my passion for Pilates into a career. A few years later I created Shapelates to help women who find themselves exactly where I was: stuck, frustrated and simply looking for a better way.

Shapelates is built on scientific principles and results-driven programming designed to help you burn fat, build strength and feel confident in your body. I’ve helped thousands of women transform their bodies and I can’t wait to help you do the same!

  • Most of my workouts can be done without any equipment BUT I do recommend having a light and medium pair of dumbbells and a Pilates ball to help you get started!

  • Yes! I offer a 4-week beginner program designed to build your foundation and confidently prepare you for my intermediate classes. Once you’re ready, you can seamlessly transition into following my weekly schedule.

  • The workouts range from 10-45 minutes, but on average most classes are about 30 minutes. The perfect for sweet spot for the busy mom or working girl!

  • My signature method blends the principles of Pilates with strength training to deliver powerful, lasting results. Every class is strategically designed and rooted in science to help you burn fat, build lean muscle! This isn’t a collection of random workouts, it’s a structured, proven method built for real transformation.

  • Yup! You can cancel anytime through your account page or you can also send me an email and I’ll cancel it for you. There are no charges as long as you cancel before your next billing date.
